Harlequin-MCI have executed a myriad of repair projects on various vessel types.We have the skills, personnel, and facilities to undertake structural repairs or replace equipment on board any class of vessel be it, onshore, naval, offshore support vessel, tankers, barges, dredgers workboats, cargo and naval fleets.
We also offer repair services for offshore structures including jack-ups, rigs and FPSOs. Whether your ship has suffered a simple equipment failure or perhaps something more serious such as a collision, grounding or fire, our shipyard can handle everything from basic steelwork and piping to the most complex electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the repair and refit of interior accommodation.
Specialist systems such as propulsion, thrusters, electronics or dredging equipment can be handled in-house or we can support your contractors at our sites. Additional services including cleaning and painting, special surveys and warranty work for third parties are all available.Throughout, our expert project managers work alongside our clients’ representatives to ensure a smooth, fast and harmonious experience.

- Structure and shell steel replacement under International Association of Class Societies “IACS” (ABS/DNV/BV/Llyods) certification in Grad A for thickness from 8 to 16 mm. We have the capacity to work on other grades up to AH-36 and thickness up to 25 mm (this kind of works should are to be submitted for request)
- All supplied steel plates are certified under IACS rules and regulation
- All consumables used for repairs are certified under IACS rules and regulation
- UTM measurements campaign along with reports for review and approval
- Cleaning, inspection, and repairs to prevent corrosion and ensure the integrity of ballast tanks.
- Provide certified scaffoldings for shipyard’s managed works.
- Propulsion System (Propeller/Propeller shafts and Rudder Maintenance)
- Dismantling, inspection, repair, parts replacement and refitting following of vessel parts –ABS/DNV/Lloyds/BV rules and regulation along with submission of detailed reports to class representatives.
- Under the supervision of technical specialists, dismantling, inspection, repair, parts replacement and refitting of propellers and rudders to ensure optimal performance while implementing best practices along with submission of detailed reports to the owner.
- Under the supervision of technical specialists, conduct any kind of maintenance on engines. All yard personnel are experienced in engine repairs.
- Alignment of equipment as per requirements using laser alignment machine process
- Dismantling, inspection, repair, parts replacement and refitting following IACS best practices and regulations, along with submission of detailed reports to class representatives.

- Repairs and cables replacement if require any other assistance either to crew or to specialists

- Stainless steel piping replacement under IACS class rules and regulation from DN 50 mm up to DN 250 mm
- Galvanized piping replacement (including hot galvinazation once the line is welded. All works conducted under IACS class rules and regulation up to DN 250 mm
- Sanitary lines repaires either coppers or PER
- All supplied replacements are certified under IACS rules and regulation
